I signed up with them and they agreed to pick up my car on May 18th-20th. No word on the 18th or 19th so I sent them an e-mail. I have never heard back and am now 6 days behind schedule to get my car shipped. Have not heard back from them yet I signed up with them and they agreed to pick up my car on May 18th-20th. {{Redacted}} The worst company Ive ever dealt with and car shipping is NOT the business to fail at because its such a big thing

Military Beware!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
If I could give less than a star I would. We attempted to have our vehicle shipped by this company only to be left in a bind at the last minute. My husband and I are both active duty and needed to have one of our vehicles shipped for a permanent change of station. We decided to go with Trusty Transport due to their claim of being military friendly and having years of experience. After receiving their quote, I inquired about the military discount they claim they offer via email. Their response - “Not out of Wyoming. We are low on this to begin with.” Not Sir or Ma’am, or Thanks for your understanding please contact us if you have further questions, just two sentences. That should have been our first red flag. Despite their false ad about a military discount and unprofessional communication, we made an appointment for them to pick up our vehicle for shipment; three weeks in advance of when we were supposed to leave the state. The day before they were supposed to pick up our vehicle we hadn’t heard from them. We called to find out what time they were coming only to find out they weren’t. Robert told us that “his dad was down at the desk *** about it this morning because they didn’t have a driver scheduled” and that “nobody wants to drive to Wyoming in the winter during the holidays.” Rather than call us in advance and let us know there might be issues they did NOTHING. Who knows if they would have called at all. Unacceptable! We asked what they were going to do to fix it and were told they’d call us back. We ended up having to leave our vehicle behind with a relative because of their incompetence. We finally got a call back though - TWO WEEKS LATER! Military moves are hard enough; unless you want added stress DO NOT go with this company!

Poor Service and disservice to Veterans

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I secured an online contract with this company on February 4, 2017 to ship my vehicle to New Mexico. I was scheduled for pick up on 4/24/17. I called to find out that there was no driver that was able to pick up the vehicle. You tell me this 2.5 months later. I attempted to call Robbie Anderson who immediately refused to answer the phone and then text me to not call but to send messages. What type of *** customer service is that. Mr. Anderson wrote me some very awful text message that I have saved if anyone cares to view them. He was nasty, belligerent and basically told me to *** Off. I contacted a backup carrier and then received a nasty text from Mr. Anderson cautioning me of broker fees etc...and that although the new vendor rates were higher, I found them to be very professional and helpful. Mr. Anderson sent me a text following the quote being put out to say he had to deliver 4 in Maryland/DC but said he was not going to take my contract and wished me well with the new transport company. This company sucked when it came to responsiveness and communications. My next complaint will be put on the BBB for Maryland. This is not a "family" approach to business and it is not serving the military community in a professional manner. Mr. Anderson kept sending nasty text message to my phone and I finally had to block. ...BEWARE using this company. They give you low ball quotes but they don't follow through nor communicate. You had my freaking contract obligation since 2/4/17 and failed to let me know (the day I was leaving the East coast to travel to NM) that you are unable to meet your obligations to me.

Booked a contract with Trusty Transport--totaly non professional

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Booked with Trusty Transport 3 weeks in advance of pickup, I had to keep calling them to get updates to see if they had a driver and only comments from Robbie (Broker) was yea we will have a driver soon. Well it never happened Robbie got sarcastic and rude to me then HE cancelled the contract and sent me more crude language. I have all the emails to prove what I am saying so judge this awful experience for yourself! Within hours I had the car picked by another carrier and couldn't be happier with their service. Trusty was not trusty but Robbie was sure free with his abusive language.

Horrible Customer Service

I was provided with a prompt quote (Order #1086) but from that point forward Robbie and "Trusty" Transport provided incredibly poor and eventually non-existent communication. A driver was eventually assigned after the normal expected waiting period but the day before the scheduled pickup I was contacted that the vehicle had broken down and to just "be patient". After not hearing anything I made several inquiries with no responses. I eventually went with a competitor that provided exceptional service. This company provided very poor communications and customer service and I would highly recommend AGAINST making use of their services. Due to their lack of ability to provide the contracted service my delivery was later than hoped and caused additional expenses as a result.

Failure to Service and Horrible Attitude

On July 15, I booked this company to pick up my son's truck on August 21, 2015. I was extremely clear that it had to load on this particular day as I was leaving town that night. I checked in twice to ensure that the pick up was on schedule. On the 21st, I contacted Robbie to get an ETA of the truck.. he texted me "Still working on it, Any day now. The driver will call in advance". I questioned why it was not loading today as the po clearly stated.. his response "So you think it is possible to have a truck every day of the week in Missoula Montana. It isn't like Missoula is Los Angeles or Chicago". His last text to me was "You are an ***" I have no idea how this company is still in business. I have been in the trucking industry for 20 years and I can guarantee you that if I treated my customers like this, I would be out of business.

TRUSTY TRANSPORT costs me time, money, stress

In short I went with Trusty and confirmed a reservation #12-15 but Robbie has never provided a pickup date and I can only contact through email, no phone number. My contract job in Seattle WA area just ended and my 80 year old mother back in KS was put into CICU fighting for her life and my brother told me I'd better fly down ASAP and have SUV transported back to KS because I was too emotional. I got a one way flight to KS on XMAS, reserved extended parking near SEATAC for SUV with instructions to give keys to transport company once I had provided the drivers name to parking co. Its been a week and they still haven't provided a date or name for pickup. This *** me off because if I had known they were not serious about picking up my vehicle I could have made other arrangements and it would be on its way to me within 7-10 days. This costs me money in additional parking, rental car extention, and now I'm thinking of flying back and driving it down in another week if I can't secure another company to quickly pick it up. This could easily cost me another $1000 in parking, car rental, flights back, hotels, etc. I'd rather have a confirmed date of pickup and pay a deposit up front than no deposit and no follow through anyday. They sell you on the idea that they don't require deposits. What good is that if they have no follow through.

Failed to deliver vehicle

Trusty Transport was hired to move my car from Caldwell, Texas to Sherrills Ford, NC. They were to contact me (per their correspondence) when the vehicle was picked up and then again when the driver was ready to deliver (usually 12 - 24 hrs notice per their correspondence). They picked the vehicle up sometime before Labor Day and did not notify me. I was out of town Labor Day weekend (would have changed my plans if I knew) and the subcontracted trucking company tried to contact me on Saturday to deliver. I came back early (Monday morning) and called the driver. He stated that he had gone on to Wilmington and would need more money to deliver the car (independent driver). I contacted Robbie at Trusty Transport regarding delivery. He sent me a phone number to call of a trucking company to find out where the car was at. The number was not in service. I contacted Robbie and relayed the information, told him again that they breached the contract by not contacting me of pick up time. I received another email from Robbie stating that once the vehicle is loaded on the truck, he is done and that legally everything is out of his hands and no longer controls it and that I can "seek and demand all you (I) want". No attempt to get a correct phone number, no attempt to locate my car, no resolution on any additional delivery charges required by the company. There is still no resolution and am preparing to take them to court for the value of the car. I have had other vehicles transported with excellent results by other companies. This is by far the worst experience - I would never recommend this company.
